This condo has been remodeled and updated with a granite counters and a cooks delight in the kitchen with all stainless appliances. En suite bath with a King size mattress makes the bedroom a romantic retreat. Our lanai overlooks the pristine pool with views of the lush corridor of the inner courtyard all the way to the ocean with magnificent sunsets shown once daily! It's the perfect place to sit and relax with your favorite beverage, dine al fresco or curl up with your favorite book.
Our condo's come well equipped with all the comforts of home - just Hawaiian style. We have a closet full of beach goodies to make your vacation truly memorable and you don't have to bring, buy or rent! We even provide beach towels for our guests.
This condo is located in the heart of the prestigious Kamaole Sands resort in building 5 on the 3rd floor. It comes with FREE WIFI and FREE Assigned Parking. Easy access with new elevators and no stairs to navigate.
This condo is in the perfect location - we are directly across from one of the very best beaches on Maui! Kamaole Beach III has a beautiful tree filled park with restrooms, swings, barbecues and grass - a great alternative when you want to take a break from the sun and sand. The waters here are ideal for boogie boarding, swimming and early morning snorkeling - there are several resident sea turtles who will join you! But please respect their space and do not touch or harass!
Kamaole Sands is a beautiful resort with 15 acres and 440 condos! It is the largest in the area and the grounds are pristine! It has a large pool, kiddie pool, 2 jacuzzis , rec area , gym, snack bar and concierge on premises. It also has 4 NS facing tennis courts and lessons are available at a nominal fee. The grounds are manicured and as you stroll the 15 acres, you will find waterfalls, ponds and cascading fountains. Scattered throughout the grounds are numerous barbecue stations with large prep areas, huge gas grills and dining tables. People come to Kamaole Sands and never go anywhere else! But if you want to venture out, you are in the right place!
We are walking distance to many fine and casual restaurants, nite spots and shopping, Just head a few minutes South and you'll be in beautiful Wailea - home of the rich and famous with World Class shopping, dining and golf. Best of all, Kihei
Town is centrally located on Island and is the ideal starting point to all the destinations you'll want to visit while visiting Maui. You'll love Kihei Town - it is quaint, laid back, reasonably priced and a great blend of locals and tourists. Lots of live entertainment and crafts to be found.
We use to visit on the West Side until we found Kihei and Kamaole Sands - now we never go anywhere else!

One of the best Kihei Stays

Fantastic property and extremely responsive, great hosts. We’ve stayed at several properties in Kihei and this is one of the best. Updated condo with great amenities. Love the resort property as well. So close to our favorite beach and restaurants. We will be back.

Maui in September

Everything was perfect! Great condo location. Weather was fabulous! Sunsets every night spectacular right from balcony. Elevator and trash pretty much right out the front door. Property very quiet and the grounds were beautiful. Can’t wait to go back!

Comfortable

The host was very responsive to all inquiries regarding this listing. Everything was explained clearly with easy to follow instructions for check-in and entry. This unit has absolutely everything you need to make you feel right at home: fully stocked kitchen and all kinds of beach toys. Kamaole Sands has beautifully maintained grounds and we noticed every morning the staff thoroughly cleaning the pool area. The beach is located right across the street and was never too crowded. Unfortunately there are no shops and restaurants within quick walking distance from the unit. While it wasn't a big deal, the unit did feel dark because the natural light is limited to the front room, and one of the hallway lights wasn't working. Families with older children or teens might find the space a little bit cramped especially with the sofa bed open. I would also suggest upgrading the bathroom towels, bed linens, and pillows which seemed a bit worn down. Other than that, this was a comfortable place to call home for a week.

Aloha! We're Jim and Sandi Resheske and we've been coming to Maui for over 30 years! In 2008 we purchased our first condo here at Kamaole Sands and still own it today! We also own a beautiful big 2 bedroom / 2 bath with a family room that can become bedroom #3! This is our 3rd condo here and that says a lot about the resort! Kamaole Sands is a wonderful resort for families and couples and often individuals. You'll find our condos clean, modernized and up to date - all with AC and all the amenities to make you feel at home - just Hawaiian style! We're here to help in any way we can. We spend our time between Southern California and Maui but when we are absent we do have an on-island manager in the event you need something. Why they chose this property

We use to stay on the West Side when we first came to Maui until we discovered Kihei and Kamaole Sands -then we never went anywhere else! There is just something special about being here that makes you feel at home with a sense of belonging. Kamaole Sands is the largest resort in Kihei on over 15 acres of park like grounds - they are beautiful to stroll. But the biggest perk is being located directly across from one of the very best naturally sandy beaches on Maui! It even has life guards and a shady park! This resort is safe, quiet and designed so that all the guests can enjoy the views regardless of which building they are staying in. We are close to everything and there's something special about the low key vibe of Kihei Town - its a great place where locals and visitors mingle - a truly feeling of Old Hawaii than you'll find in designated tourist areas. We love it here! So much so we own 3 condos in the same complex!
