We had a very relaxed girls weekend (3 of us) and this was the perfect space for us. Lovely living room space to hang out during the day and very comfy beds to sleep in. Tons of food and cute cafes in the area! I would highly recommend this Vrbo!
It was quiet and clean. Yes you could hear footsteps during the day but it's a basement apartment. It was always quiet at night. I only wish the apartment had AC.
This was the first time staying in an owner occupied VRBO. It was okay, however it make us feel extra sensitive to the house rules Quiet 10pm etc. the property itself is very nice and clean as well. Location is about 20 minutes from Burlington. Cute little town with a few restaurants. I made a few recommendations to the host hoping it’ll help make future guests stay more comfortable.
The property was clean, and the host was very nice. As expected in a basement apartment, you do hear noise upstairs. The bathroom was lacking soap and washcloths, but we bought a bar of soap to shower. Be advised the tv has no cable or streaming service. There are no current tv shows, only very old ones on the LG channel. Overall our stay was adequate.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication
The property was extremely clean and conveniently located. Just note there’s no AC, and the host lives upstairs—this is mentioned in the listing but easy to miss. You can hear footsteps from above, which was very noticeable early in the morning. Also, if someone’s using the couch, there weren’t enough pillows to make it comfortable. Checkout details were provided through a separate website, not directly through VRBO, which caused a bit of confusion. While the property wasn’t the right fit for our group, it could still work well for others who don’t mind these aspects.
We had a very good stay. Everything was clean & nice. The location was close to Burlington & other sites we wanted to visit. We did need to buy paper towels & some ice upon arrival, there were none available. We had enough towels for the week & other items. It was a little hot/stuffy but the fans helped tremendously.
