Enjoy this unique property with exquisite views and spacious comfortable living. Two bedrooms, one and a half baths, tv/sitting room, living room and dining room, heated pool. Central air, gas fireplace, fire pit, large deck overlooking a view of Cape Cod Bay and Barnstable Harbor. Walk to the private beach or along the nearby Audubon trails,. This property is conveniently located a mile from Barnstable Village to the west and a mile to Yarmouth Port Village to the east. Close to whale watch, restaurants, and bike trail. All utilities and linens provided .(including beach towels). Beach and pool toys, beach chairs, umbrella. beach wagon.

Please note, once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.
