We were excited for this stay, but unfortunately it was a major disappointment. Upon arrival, we found multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including spiders and worms in the bathroom, mouse droppings and evidence of rodents under the kitchen sink, unclean bedding, and a smoke detector with a dying battery that chirped throughout the night.Because of these issues, we decided to leave after our first night and book other accommodations rather than stay for our second night.The refund process took nearly two months to resolve. While we did receive a partial refund, it did not adequately reflect our experience or the fact that we were unable to complete our stay.I hope these issues are addressed for future guests, but based on our experience, we would not stay here again.
