We stayed for a week and could not have asked for a better condo. It sits directly on the Gulf, so going from the living room to the water takes less than a minute. The balcony was a favorite, offering perfect ocean views. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated.

We absolutely loved our visit to Navarre and our stay at the regency. The room was just as described and our host was quick to reply. We did I have an issue that I shared with the host; the carpet at all doorways was pulling away from the tack strip and when stepped on was quite painful. We also observed that the floors were not clean under the furniture and under the cushions of the couch (we lost one of our wrist bands and were searching everywhere). I only share this to help keep this nice facility up and running.

Great place

Management was great, excellent place and facilities. We loved being able to just walk out to the beach. Bike/walking path is also right across the street and building has bike rack if you bring your own bikes.
