Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Traveler must complete and sign the supplemental rental agreement (attached below) after confirming the booking.
Traveller will be refunded 100% of the money paid less a 10% service charge if booking is canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay.

Everything was great!

The condo was just as it was pictured and it was clean. The bed was comfortable and the view of the ocean was great! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. It was a very nice place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay. 10/10 for accuracy of listing. The large balcony is awesome for anyone wanting to relax and stare at the ocean. It is a short walk to the pier and several restaurants. We only needed to communicate once with the owner during our stay for some new wristbands and she responded immediately. We ate out mostly so didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, but everything you would need is there. The wifi was fast and dependable. The AC was cool. We would stay again and highly recommend this unit for your vacation.

We had a very peaceful, comfortable stay at this condo. The beds were comfortable, communication great, the kitchen was well equipped and the view was amazing. Everything worked and it was spotlessly clean. We would definitely rent this place in the future.

Great Three Week Stay!

This property has a great view of the beach and pier, and Atula has the kitchen very well stocked with dishes and utensils for anyone who likes to cook. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent hospitality and experience

First condo we've stayed in that had a selection of stocked items, which saved us a lot of trouble with needing to run to the store until we knew what else was needed. Everything was great with this condo, the AC, the elevators, location, etc... Will be making this our normal go-to condo in the future.

Mostly good. The unit was roomy. The second bathroom needs some attention. For the cost I expected better. Mold on the shower curtains, shower head. Holes in the wall where the previous toilet tissue holder was and the back of the pocket door is 2 different colors of paint and scratched up.

Great location, place was as described, overall clean, we did have an issue with moldy shower curtains and the owner apologized and corrected it, well appointed kitchen, appreciated the keurig and brew coffee pot options, excellent communication with owner, had a lot of helpful info for places to eat and sights to see, very clean beach, not crowded, definitely would return to this specific condo!
