About this property

Beautiful apartment located on the Ocean with amazing views.

2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment directly on the beach with king beds on both bedrooms, beautiful views with inter coastal and ocean views throughout the apartment. TV's located in each bedroom and in living room. Open living and dinning area.
Building amenities include beach access with designated area , beach umbrella and lounge chairs , gym, pool and jacuzzi .

Please note :
For every stay a background application is required. The fee of the application $100 per adult applicant or married couple . Association will take 5 days to process the application so please have this in mind . Any fees associated with ID or parking will have to be paid by the tenant directly at the association office at arrival .

Security deposit is required always.

If self park a $20.00 one time fee is required to purchase bar code and have access to parking . Adults are required to purchase an ID to have access to elevator, pool and beach services. Each ID is $25 and it is a one time fee .

Amazing place ! Great service!

Our stay at this beachfront rental was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the stunning ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves. The unit itself was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. I loved starting my mornings with coffee on the spacious balcony and ending my days with a sunset stroll along the beach, which was just steps away. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This rental truly exceeded my expectations, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to experience a slice of paradise!

Fantastic view, apartment and location.

What a fantastic place. There is nothing like waking up in the morning, opening the bedroom door and having the most beautiful view of the ocean. It put my wife and I at peace every morning. The apartment is well furnished, kitchen well stocked and the building is great. Everyone that works there are friendly and helpful. Ana was a wonderful host. Although we didn’t have any issues, she was always there to be helpful and answer questions. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

Another amazing stay

This is our second time staying at this apartment. Another great vacation. The place is in great shape with everything we needed and well maintained. The property manager is extremely helpful to every our need and question. Amazing area with everything nearby. Building check in process is fast and easy. It has become a home away from home for us.

Great Stay

Our stay was amazing. The apartment is very well maintained, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The apartment manager was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views of Atlantic and Miami

Great light all day. Beautiful view of sunrise over the ocean and sunset over Miami. Ana was very responsive.
