The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the dining table while taking in the beautiful coastal views.

Although the large Gulf-front balcony is currently closed due to construction, guests can still enjoy the beach just steps away, along with the heated pool and all the comforts of this relaxing beachfront retreat. This Indian Shores vacation rental is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and local attractions and sits directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to explore Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other popular Gulf Coast destinations before returning to your beachfront retreat.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. This unit’s balcony is currently being restored and is expected to remain closed until approximately May 2026. The main impacts during your stay may include construction noise during working hours and possible parking adjustments. Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool is closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction ends for the day and remains open all day on weekends.

Our Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay at this location. We had everything we needed and had great sunsets on sunny days. The water gulf water was warm and the beach always a plus. Our visit was the year after a hurricane came through there and didn’t notice the description that said the pool was closed so we really misssd that amenity. (Read the small print, folks.) there was three TVs in the condo but only the living room one worked because two weren’t hooked up to the new Xumo service. No biggie because we were busy all day and were tired. The Dalí Museum was an easy half hour drive and well worth the admission. Lots to see and do in this area of Florida and we were centrally located to most of it.
