Room for all, family friendly. On the doorstep to fishing, skiing and adventure.
Our " Big House" is a large modern home in semi rural Canterbury. The well equipped entertainers kitchen has everything you need prepare a meal to share around the family sized table. Or use the covered patio overlooking the garden and fire up the BBQ.
There are four bedrooms with 5 beds for a maximum of 9 guests. Master bedroom with ensuite, bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with double on the bottom and single on top, bedrooms 3 & 4 both have queen size beds. Close to restaurants, takeaways and local supermarket.
Swannanoa is the perfect base for adventures. Fishing, boating, cycling and skiing are all on our doorstep. The Mandeville sports ground is 5 minutes away. There are several wedding venues in the area and our house is the perfect, peaceful retreat to prepare for your big day or accommodate out of town guests.
Unlimited WIFI and smart TV . There is an outdoor security camera taking in the driveway . No indoor cameras.
