About this property

Family-friendly, well-equipped, spacious country house,garden and Fibre Internet

Our place is close to Kaiapoi. You’ll love our place because it has plenty of room, good heating / cooling, well-equipped kitchen, gas hot water with great pressure, three luxury mattresses for a perfect sleep and rural views out the back. It is good for couples and families (with kids). It's on a 10-acre established section with lots of space to explore.

The Den has a 55 inch smart TV with Sky satellite TV, DVD player and Netflix if you have an account. It has super-fast Fibre Internet and WiFi.

Note that there is an external floodlight/security camera facing the driveway. If you would like that disabled for your stay, please let me know.

** 100% refund if cancelled by the day before check-in. VRBO does not have this option but I can approve the refund if your plans change. Please let me know ASAP though, so someone else gets a chance to rent it **

Spacious country retreat

This property was an excellent family destination. It has spacious living areas to relax and very large bedrooms for the whole family. A fantastic place to stay and definitely recommend.

Delightful cottage

We love having our getaways at this cottage. It is always tidy and clean. It has lots of lovely touches that makes it feel like you are in your home: comfortable chairs, books, well-supplied kitchen. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely cottage

We had a lovely getaway here, 4 friends just wanting to relax together. The house was well taken care of, comfortable bed, good showers, well equipped kitchen and comfortable couches in the living rooms. It felt like a home.

Great Quiet Spot

This was a great place for a bit of a quiet retreat, well appointed, spacious and tidy, not too far from Christchurch North. Everything we needed for a relaxed break away, without getting too complicated, great communication.

Fabulous stay
