Waterfront Cottage with Hot Tub and Sunset
Beautiful, new cottage on Mink Lake. West facing will provide you with beautiful sunsets over the lake and treelined horizon. Relax on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Additional screened in porch with patio set is a great place to enjoy dinner or beat the bugs or on cool nights. The lake is shallow near the cottage. Great for fishing, kayaking, or boating. Enjoy the sandy beach, with beautiful landscaped waterfront.
Enjoy your time indoors as well, with beautiful views from most of the cottage. Most mattresses are new, high quality beds (outside bunk beds). The kitchen is stocked with the basics and then some. Comfortable seating areas. Board games, cards, yard games and the hot tub will keep you entertained.
Local: 15minutes to Eganville where you can find groceries, LCBO, beer store, hardware store, great local shops, and Bonnechere caves. The cottage is approximately 30mins to white water rafting, and 45mins to Calabogie where you can find great skiing, hiking (check out the Eagles Nest lookout), and ATV trails. Just 10 minute down the road are the Shaw woods trails where you can enjoy a beautiful walk through the forest, along the river and vistas of Shaw pond.
The cottage is near the end of a dead end road. Very little traffic and forest lining the non-lake front side of the road.
please note there is a camera on the unattached garage. there are no cameras in or around the cottage itself. we are not monitoring guests, for safety when the property is unoccupied

Our get away
It was a very nice property, on a quiet road. Good spot to go ice fishing, lots of fish in the lake! And lots of space to relax inside or outside at the fire place! Overall experience was 10/10 would 100% go back!
