Rundum glücklich in toller Lage!

Stèphane war sehr hilfsbereit, ausgesprochen sympathisch und zuverlässig. Das Appartement war im Top-Zustand und aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns auch an Küchenequipment an nichts gefehlt! Alles war nahezu neu und liebevoll gestaltet. Stèphane hat alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch die Außenplätze! Eine praktische Außendusche war auch vorhanden. Die Betten und das Sofa, welches man zum Schlafen nicht ausziehen musste (aber hätte können) waren bequem und es gab noch zusätzlich einen Schlafplatz in einer offenen Laube mit Moskitonetz. Die zwei Terrassen mit Gasgrill und Outdoorküche haben wir sehr genossen. Im Appartement waren zwei Klimaanlagen installiert, von denen wir nur eine genutzt haben. Die Badebucht war zu Fuss in 5-7 Minuten erreichbar, ein herrlicher Tagesbeginn: ein Bad im klaren Wasser! Der Plage de Almanarre war mit dem Auto in 7-10 Min. erreichbar, zu Fuss ca. in 40 Min. Auch dort war das Meer sehr klar und aufgrund des helleren Sandes je nach Sonnenstand und Wellengang manchmal geradezu karibisch. Poquerolles ist von der Halbinsel aus innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichbar. Hyères selbst hat uns nicht so gefallen, Toulon dafür umso mehr. Giens, der kleine Ort auf der Insel bietet zur Versorgung alles, was man braucht. Der Hafen von Madrague bietet Möglichkeiten, Boote zu mieten - sehr schön! Zuvor sind wir häufiger auf Korsika (Ecke Corbara) gewesen und wir waren gespannt auf den Vergleich. Schliesst man Poquerolles/Plage d‘Argent mit ein, kann sich die Gegend absolut messen mit Korsika. Ein deutlicher Unterschied jedoch will noch erwähnt sein: egal, ob Strandlokal, ob im Landesinneren Collobrières, Giens …. ÜBERALL war das Essen hier ein ausgesprochener Genuss!!! Wir haben noch nie so durchgängig so sensationell im Urlaub gegessen. Und obwohl wir zum Ende der Saison da waren, waren alle im Service äusserst freundlich, einfach „gut drauf“! Wir fahren sehr gut erholt und mit Begeisterung für Giens und die Region wieder heim.
