The property and location are amazing - the property has all you need. The agent was very helpful in sorting out any issues and we had a great time!
A beautiful and unspoilt part of the country.
Wonderfulll views almost everywhere. Wellequipped kitchen. Space and peace. Also a lot of personality in the House.
Nice wellcome with cold beverages in the fridge.
The only thing we could ask for was a proper pooltowel for every person as part of the deal.
We had to find old pooltowels in the cabinet and wash Them after use.
The views of the sea from this villa are stunning, absolutely magical. The design and layout of both inside and the terraced areas outside are well thought out, with attention to little details. There were six of us - we had three generations – and it was perfect for all of us.There are several different areas, with different size tables that you can sit at. Some shaded, some partially shaded and some sunny. It is very private, with no nearby villas overlooking the house. The barbecue was in a sheltered area and near the kitchen which made cooking easy. The pool is in sunlight so was wonderfully warm but had shaded areas around - and beautiful sea views. The pétanque court, to the side and below the pool was wonderful for after dinner games. There are four bicycles which we used to cycle into Giens in the morning to buy fresh croissants. The grounds below continue below the villa, with a wide path leading down to the main road with more garden either side. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the port area (or fifteen minutes with my eighty six year old mother). You can look around the old fort, go to the beach or visit the restaurants and bars. On our first night we got some Pizzas from Bruno’s restaurant and took them up to the villa – delicious pizza’s.There is lots to do and see in the local area. The boat trip to Poquerolles is a great day out. A 20 minute walk or 5 minute buggy ride from Poquerolles port takes you to Villa Carmignac which hosts art exhibitions in the house
