3 Buoys Townhome at Topsail Beach

Queen’s Grant Gated South Topsail Waterfront Community

Large modern sound front townhome with direct beach views and access on the sound with launch and docking for your boat in gated complex with private complex pool.

Full kitchen on top level, large living area, Elevator, ample parking, amazing views, just feet from the water and pool.

This complex allows for you to launch your own boat, park your trailer for the week, and dock on the adjacent day docs, likely even right at the home.

Our unit is only a few hundred feet from the ocean, and about 100 feet from the pool. This is technically a three-bedroom unit but the bottom floor is set up with a daybed with a trundle and it is about the size of a bedroom so it functions great as additional sleeping or kid sleeping space.

All the basics are included included a fully functioning kitchen, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ample clothing and food space, large pantry with some basics left but not guaranteed. Linens are not provided but can be rented locally.

Hill summer vacation

This was our first time in Topsail and it did not disappoint! The house was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean! The walk to the beach was short and the pool was amazing! Then men enjoyed their fishing and we are hoping to come back again next year. The owner was very friendly and overall I give this area and house a big 10! Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!❤️

Beautiful home!

Gorgeous kitchen with ample kitchen supplies. Clean house top to bottom. Easy walk to beach or pool. Having the canal behind the house was fun for cast-net fishing and crabbing, or personal watercraft. Gated community felt very safe. Thanks for a great week!
