BEACHFRONT SEAGULLS ON SHOALHAVEN

Waterfront two story house, walk out the front door to water sports, fishing or stroll along the beach to the ocean. It's location is perfect for your holiday by the water. Enjoy bowling and golf clubs, vineyards, cafes, scenic drives to rain forest and countryside.

The house is very comfortable with everything you would want for your holiday, accommodating up to 8 guests (includes children).
Downstairs is open plan with living room, dining, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, two bedrooms (bedroom 1: queen size bed , bedroom 2: two single beds).
All windows at the front of the house are tinted for your privacy from the public during daylight and roman blinds for dark.
The bathroom has a double vanity, spa bath, shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs has a balcony with beautiful views across the water to the ocean, living room, two bedrooms, bedroom 1: queen size bed, ensuite, bedroom 2: two single beds, additional toilet and vanity.
