Maintenance items like a gate latch, deck condition, BBQ operation/cleanliness and missing kitchen items are exactly the type of issues that must be reported as they arise so they can be actioned promptly during the stay. Our terms require issues to be raised on the day of arrival or the day they occur so we have the opportunity to resolve them while you are in-house. In relation to pets, guests are also responsible for inspecting the property and garden on arrival to ensure there are no hazards that may affect their pet. Your comments about the home’s overall presentation and perceived value have been noted and will be reviewed with the owner. If you’re seeking a recently renovated, premium-finish home with upgraded fixtures and furnishings, we recommend selecting a listing that explicitly advertises that standard for future stays.
