The main floor offers a primary bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bath and work station. A guest bedroom with a king bed and a separate guest bath are also located on this level.

Because of where this property is perched in Summerland, the lower level also offers sweeping views from the media room and oversized patio with a hot tub perfect for relaxing in and soaking up the rays. There is also a kitchenette and 3 guest bedrooms located on the lower level giving you ample room on both floors.
