Very clean and spacious place! Enjoyed every moment! The host is taking a good care of this property! Very convenient location, very close to Walmart, T&T and Real Canadian Superstore grocery stores in Metrotown mall, really just 10 minutes to walk. All supplies in washroom and all dishes, cookware and utensils are available in the kitchen. Great place, will definitely consider for the next stay!

The place is very clean .The appliances operate very well The washer and dryer are super.With the electric heating ,the air became very dry , to us . We kept a pot warm water on the stove to humify the air. It worked quite well.

The place is adequate but nothing worth returning to. The good aspects - its convenient location, the easy checkin and checkout process, the easy parking in front. What brought down our rating:1) The mattress in the primary bedroom was hard like a board, we could feel the springs underneath. The frame broke on the second night. The owners took it away and we slept on the frameless bed for the rest of the stay. 2) The cleanliness was superficial. If we looked closely, the place was quite dusty. 3) The unit was situated under the owner’s unit and adjacent to another rentable unit. The walls were thin and noise was real. 4) The unit was on the ground level but felt like a basement due to the lack of light. The second bedroom had no exterior window and felt like a prison cell.

Good location, nice neighborhood, walking distance to Metrotown. Bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen could use more items. Was the bare minimum needed. TV’s need to be upgraded. Relatively quite but it is a basement suite.

The place is very clean. Everything works and seems quite new. Parking is easy. However, there is no "comfy" area in the apartment - which is a shame. A couch and an easy chair, and perhaps a rug, would warm the place up immeasurably!
