Perfect in every way

This place is cozy, turn-key, delight! We felt so at home here. The two floor layout was nice, allowing the us to spread out a bit, with room for the kids (age 3.5 and 5) to play. Great space for making food and enjoying meals - especially in the morning before a ski day. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the deck after the kids went to bed - it’s feels very private but also offers amazing Mountain views.

Unbelievable and absolutely perfect. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Its an extremely cute and cozy property. We loved our short stay there over the weekend. The views from the back deck and hot tub were spectacular. Very easy to take the bus or order an Uber. We would definitely stay again. Thank you the best and very welcoming weekend in Vail.

We had a truly lovely stay at this home on Spruce Way. The house is set in a quiet and serene area. Really nice

Property was in a beautiful location, very close to the village. The house was very nice, clean, and cozy. The hot tub was phenomenal. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed our stay. Only downside was our rental car got completely stuck in the driveway when it snowed a lot, but someone drove by and was able to help us pull it out with a strap. The host was responsive and overall great stay!

4th of July Weekend

Great cozy place to stay. Very nice and clean. We very much enjoyed the property and set up. Only thing from our perspective was the bathroom setup. No vanity or counter space. It’s very small and laundry is in the bathroom as well so you have to get creative. Other than that, great little fireplace for cool nights and well equipped. Would stay again! Thanks!

Nice little cabin

We enjoyed our stay in this little cabin. It was just my husband and I without 1 year old baby. We used the kitchen every day for more meals and even though the kitchen is small we enjoyed it. The restroom was also small but clean and close to the bedrooms. Our favorite part was turning on the fireplace and using the hot tub. It was so nice after a day of skiing. I wouldn’t recommend this place for more than 3 people. But for us it was perfect!

We had the BEST stay at this adorable two-bed, one-bath home in Vail - called Little House. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect mountain retreat—cozy, warm, and thoughtfully designed. The expansive deck was a standout feature. Whether sipping coffee in the snowy morning or unwinding in the private hot tub after a day on the slopes, the views and fresh mountain air made it a favorite spot. Clean, well-maintained, and with easy access to the shuttle into Vail Village, it is an absolute dream for a Colorado ski getaway. Inside, the living room was exactly what you want: inviting, comfortable, and featuring a warm fireplace that made the entire home feel even cozier. It was the perfect place to curl up with a blanket and a glass of wine - or two! The bathroom has a walk-in shower that felt spa-like after a long day outdoors. The two bedrooms (one queen; one with two twins) were crisp and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and sleep well. Overall, Little House strikes the perfect balance of charm, comfort, and modern touches. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or simply recharging, it’s an ideal place to stay. Highly recommend!

Great House, Great Location

The house itself is in great shape and is stocked with everything you need (towels, pots, pans, etc). The beds are super comfortable and the house is quiet for great sleeping. Having a hot tub and fireplace are great after skiing. Many places in East Vail have large, shared parking lots which leads to long walks with heavy bags and skis. Parking spots directly out of the front door is far more convenient! The location of the house is super convenient with the bus stop directly down the hill and a small grocery store and liquor store less than a 10 minute walk away. We ski toured up Big Horn which is a short walk from the house. We didn't have great snow but will hike up that drainage during the summer. During summer, the bike path to Vail Village is just down the hill and other trailheads are close by. We'll be back this summer!
