The Space:
The loft’s open layout fills the space with light and air, creating a bright, inviting atmosphere. While it lacks a full kitchen, it includes a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker for convenience—and guests can even pick fresh vegetables from the seasonal gardens for a farm-to-table touch.

Modern industrial design meets cozy comfort with exposed ductwork, minimalist décor, and warm textures. A freestanding bathtub adds a luxurious touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Step onto the private deck to enjoy sweeping views and peaceful moments with your morning coffee or evening wine. Large windows connect the indoors and outdoors, offering a serene, inspiring retreat.

Designed by artist Jeff Zischke, the loft complements the iconic Iceberg with artful details and modern elegance. Zischke’s creative vision is evident throughout, making the space both inspiring and inviting. The open living area features comfortable seating and contemporary furnishings, blending style with ease. While there’s no full kitchen, a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker provide convenience, and guests can enjoy fresh vegetables from the nearby garden.

A plush bed with high-quality linens ensures restful sleep, while the freestanding tub offers a serene spot to unwind. Minimalist fixtures, soft lighting, and artistic touches complete this tranquil, design-forward retreat. The Artist’s Loft is open-plan with a king-size bed and sleeps a total of two guests.

THE GROUNDS AND SCULPTURE GARDENS
When you arrive, you are welcomed by "Alejandro," a flat metal sculpture of a man who stands sentinel at the entrance of the property. His presence adds a sense of whimsy, becoming a focal point that invites conversation and admiration. Behind him are curated metalwork sculptures, creating a visual experience that feels like an outdoor gallery.

Alfred and Smokey, two friendly resident cats, add a touch of charm to the property as they roam around outside. While they live outdoors, their playful presence brings warmth and personality to the space. One feature is the canoe-shaped seating area, which offers a unique place to relax, read, or simply enjoy the surrounding scenery. It serves as a perfect backdrop for social media photos. Guests can also explore the Sculpture/Cactus Garden, Japanese Garden, and Australian Garden, each offering a distinct atmosphere for reflection or peaceful walks.

The pool is a refreshing centerpiece, flanked by two distinct spaces for outdoor lounging. On one side, a pergola provides partial shade for relaxing in the sun, while the cabana on the opposite side offers a cozy, sheltered spot for unwinding. Sculptural accents and desert plants enhance the serene atmosphere, offering a blend of art, relaxation, and inspiration. Whether you're seeking quiet solitude or a space to entertain, the backyard provides a creative and peaceful retreat.

AN AFTERNOON WITH THE ARTIST – JEFF ZISCHKE
Spend an extraordinary afternoon with internationally recognized artist and designer Jeff Zischke, whose work spans the globe, from the Guggenheim Museum to public art installations in cities like New York, Phoenix, and Nicosia. Known for his innovative exploration of sculpture, public art and interactive installations, Jeff blends organic forms with modern technology, using materials like bamboo, steel and LED lighting.

Your experience begins with a guided tour of the gardens, which showcase his sculptures and art. Then, you'll visit his private workshop. There, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at Jeff’s creative process and learn how he draws inspiration from both nature and urban landscapes. To complete the experience, Jeff will prepare a delicious lunch, offering you the chance to chat and relax in a personal, artistic setting.

This is a unique opportunity to connect with a visionary artist, experience his work firsthand, and enjoy a memorable lunch of Jeff’s favorite Zicoise Salad prepared by the artist himself. Please note that there is a separate fee for this experience. Book early as availability is limited!

Although the workshop is not accessible to guests outside of the guided tour, there are dozens of metal sculptures throughout the property, so please take special care with young children. For your safety and peace of mind, our homes have security cameras at the front door and along the side perimeter of the property.
