About this property

Cozy home central St Andrews by the Sea!

This is a 200 year old home in central St Andrews - a few blocks walk to everywhere. We have done a full new master bedroom and ensuite, other areas of the home have been lovingly updated. We supply all linens and the kitchen is stocked with all amenities for cooking at home. There is a large patio and backyard to enjoy the deer that regularly wander through. Patio table, barbeque, yard games and bicycles are available for your use. The wifi is strong and cable package good.

We live in Ontario, but stay in St Andrews whenever we can! Fortunately for you, we can be here full time though so it is available for you to enjoy!

Why they chose this property

We love being able to walk to everything on water street- the pubs, restaurants and live music, as well as the shopping! Our backyard is tranquil, but it is wonderful to be only a few blocks from the water for low tide walks or watching the sunset.

What makes this property unique

The size of the home makes a great space for sharing with family or friends. The yard makes it easy to relax and enjoy time there. But the best part is the location - close to everything!
