Bedroom one has 1 queen bed and ceiling fan, bedroom two has 1 queen bed and ceiling fan, bedroom three has 1 queen and ceiling fan and a Loft bedroom - 1 double bed and pedestal fan. Delightful kitchen with large eating area adjacent, sunken lounge room with lounge suite and large screen TV, airconditioning in kitchen and living area. Large pool room with bar fridge, laundry with washing, outdoor setting and barbecue.
