Enjoy the best of both worlds in this lovely renovated 1 bedroom villa ideally positioned just 200 metres from both Bennetts Beach and Jimmys Beach.The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed while a separate sleeping area includes a convenient murphy bed perfect for a small family. The villa offers a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and open dining/loungeroom designed for laid back living. Outdoor dining setting and barbecue area ideal for alfresco meals. Whether you are soaking up the surf at Bennetts Beach or enjoying the calm waters of Jimmys Beach everything is just a short stroll away. Linen is not supplied however linen canbe hired from us and the cost is $22 per person. Sleeps 4 - 1 queen, 1 murphy bed (queen) the property has WIFI and is PET FRIENDLY
