The room was very clean. Easy check in and check out process. In a good spot as you ascend Cradle Mountain.

It had been double booked - my booking didn’t come through to place so they booked it to another person. We had to drive 40 minutes to another place which was not at our usual standard still waiting for refund of difference. They did find us a place but it meant we had to change our travel plans which meant we couldn’t do things. They did apologize.
