This beautifully designed home spans three thoughtfully crafted levels, offering comfort, style, and functionality with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The bedroom layout is as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed (Main-level primary bedroom)

Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed (Adjacent to the loft/seating area)

Bedroom 3: 1 Double Bed and 1 Bunk Bed (Located on the lower level)



The main floor features a welcoming space for gatherings, including a bright dining room, a cozy family room, and a well-appointed kitchen perfect for cooking and entertaining. Vaulted ceilings, rich hardwood floors, and a real wood-burning fireplace enhance the warm and inviting ambiance.



The fully finished walk-out lower level adds versatility, featuring the third bedroom equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, along with a full bathroom. This space is perfect for accommodating guests or serving as a private retreat.



Outside, the expansive property provides the perfect setting for peaceful afternoons or lively get-togethers, surrounded by the serene beauty of the North Fork. Driveway parking ensures convenience for you and your guests.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.



Guest Insurance

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
