Great batch but stay away from Bookabatch!

This place is great! But Bookabatch has absolutely terrible customer service! Book this property directly with Bachcare, they are still based in NZ and don't have customer service call centres based overseas. We tried to change our booking and it was virtually impossible as their app doesn't work! They don't reply to their emails and their call centre said they would call back, they never did. Luckily I was able to go through Bachcare and they sorted it eventually.

We're delighted you loved the bach, Giona, and that our team was able to assist you in sorting things out. We always strive to provide responsive, local support to ensure a smooth holiday experience. We'd love to host you again in the future, you know where to book! Reputation & Resolutions Coordinators, Bachcare.
