My husband and I were in Edmonton visiting family and this condo was perfect for us. It was centrally located and there was a grocery store right next door we could walk to. The host provided clear check in instructions and was always quick to respond to any questions. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. We even took advantage of the gym onsite. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Edmonton.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; it was an easy process to gain access - host was very hospitable in regards to checking in. Very aesthetically pleasing which was chic yet had a comfortable homey feel. Plenty of reading material for the avid readers.

Was an amazing stay, there was some hair we found around like in the tub and few other places. A few things were broken when we got there or removed. Otherwise it was really nice place. Location is the best. Everything was labelled which was SUPER nice and my favourite.

Matthew was very easy to communicate with. The check in/ check out was super easy to follow. Clean, well maintained and comfortable space to call home for a weekend. Will save to favourites! Highly recommend!

The property was not cleaned upon arrival.The underground parking was for a small compact car - my vehicle would not fit in the assigned space so had to park outside.The wifi did not work until the 3rd day of our stay.

Your search is over, book this condo!

In all honesty, Barbara K took the words right out of my mouth. It really was one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. It was supplied with everything we could possibly need, and more. It was close to everything, the condo was easy to find. We get nervous parking our truck in a parkade so we just registered the guest parking, that was easy enough. I don't hesitate to recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

A great apartment and a great host

This condo apartment in Century Park met our needs perfectly for our trip, as my brother and I were competing in a curling tournament at the Saville Sport Center. The property is clean, quiet and modern and within striking distance of all kinds of amenities.Matthew was awesome to deal with, too. He answered all of our questions and provided information about the check-in and check-out processes promptly, and even checked in with us during our stay to ensure we were satisfied with the apartment.We will definitely book with Matthew again for our next visit to Edmonton.

Best Value - Super Location - Beautiful Condo

This is one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in!! Communication with Matthew was excellent from the start and his condo was exceptional. It was very clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything, plus more, for a short or long term stay. The condo was very bright with lots of windows and shades were provided if you preferred privacy to lots of sunlight.From the moment we walked in the door we knew we'd made a great decision to stay in Matthew's condo. There were lots of little extras to welcome us and very clear instructions for Check-In and Check-Out were provided. Throughout the condo were additional guides and labels to help navigate in unfamiliar surroundings and to make our stay more comfortable. We were a group of 4 so the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made for both couples having their own space. The heated underground private parking stall was an added bonus PLUS the location was perfect to navigate to other ends of the city ... close to freeways and light rapid transit ... with loads of amenities within walking distance. Our only regret was that it was mid-winter and the cold prevented us from using the amazingly large landscaped patio and the barbeque grill. Maybe next time!All in all a great 10 day stay and a "must return" 5 Star VRBO!
