Spectacular sunrise view! Room to park one vehicle, overflow parking lot if needed. Community amenities include tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, heated pool, hot tub, designated swim area, pool table, ping pong, & darts. We provide bedding, towels, pots & pans, GRILL, TV in living room & one bedroom.
2 Bicycles and 1 Tandem Kayak for renters use. We offer 100% money back if your rental is in the projection cone of a named hurricane.
Living room has a pull out couch.
We require the main renter to provide their home address, email address, ID, and the names of all other guests that will be staying on the property. Any extra, unlisted guests will forfeit this rental immediately with no money back or deposit returned.
