This charming contemporary ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium in Mammoth Lakes California has been renovated and offers a central downtown location. Once you arrive, put your car key's away and walk to restaurants, shops, supermarket, movie theater and more. The Red Line shuttle bus stops right out front so you can zip up to the slopes without the hassle of driving and parking. Soak in the Jacuzzi, freshen up and you're ready for a night of apres in town. The unit offers a cozy living room with comfortable sectional sofa and window seat, wood burning fireplace and large 75" flatscreen smart TV with streaming apps (no cable). The kitchen is fully renovated and offers stone counters, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and snacks. The primary bedroom features a King bed, with 50" flatscreen TV and an adjacent full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features two full pull out beds, with the second full bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower combo. You'll have access to a ski locker to store all your adventuring gear. Enjoy the pool (summer only) plus spa, BBQ, and laundry facilities onsite plus 2 parking spaces only. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Really comfortable couch & huge TV. Nice modernized kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient. Heaters were welcome. However, was a bit dirty looking with stains on the bedspread in the primary room and loose hairs. Dirty baseboards. Easy key pickup and drop off.

Convenient and kinda comfy

Pros- Convenient location to the grocery- Easy parking- Hot tub & sauna are super close- Updated kitchen, kitchen appliances, and well stocked in cooking equipment - TV/Internet worked seamlesslyCons- Temperature regulation. The main heat source is the wood burning stove. A late check in for us insured a very cold first night as the wall heater in the living room/kitchen area doesn’t work. We were warm enough after that, but it was constantly back and forth between very hot and chilly in the unit. Also there were no instructions for the stove which was surprising. We had no issues using the stove as one of us had used one before, but most places I’ve stayed have fireplace instructions. There is no thermostat. - Cleanliness. There was hair from previous guests left in both showers. - The pullout beds in 2nd bedroom are very stiff. The couch was chosen over one of them. - If you’re tall… just know the shower head will hit you mid chest.
