Thank you - we had a wonderful time for a birthday celebration. Kitchen is well appointed, so much space, off the road and quiet, an obviously well-cared for property. We had a memorable time and hope to return!

This was one of the best stays we have had at any rental. The house was large enough to comfortably fit the family, it was well stocked, very clean and very comfortable. It was just relaxing to get away from the city and not have to worry about anything. Really looking forward to our next stage!!

Great place for family vacation

We had a great time on the property. The place was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. It is close to all of the local attractions. Will definitely book again.

Very large and comfortable home. We were in town for a wedding and there were 7 adults at the house. The home accommodated us all well from the large sectional sofa, dining table for 8 and plenty of room for multiple people to work in the kitchen.The location to Mendocino was literally only minutes and getting groceries in town was a breeze.The price was excellent and quick communication with host answering my many questions appreciated.Thank you.

the perfect get away!

The house was clean, stocked, and perfect for our girls trip. Located a few minutes from downtown Mendocino in a super quiet & safe neighborhood, off the beaten path. Cannot wait to visit again!

Wow, the perfect home. Excellent location with distant ocean view and a relaxing large yard and spa. There were large rooms and comfortable beds. It was very quiet and was welcomed by a beautiful deer in the yard.

stunning incredible house with all the amenities

Very cozy spacious house on a large territory with all the amenities. The kitchen is simply filled with all the necessary devices and equipment, which is very important. Many interesting games for bringing friends together. This house will not leave anyone indifferent.
