Can't say enough for Bill. He was super helpful in the midst of cyclone vaianu. Location is awesome for quick access to redwoods trails and the little centre of eateries down.

Wonderful stay in great location.

The stay itself was wonderful. The house was really nice to say in and very clean. Loves the theme of the place. Anytime we had questions or concerns, Bill was always there to answer. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this place! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep after exploring the local attractions. The host, who lives upstairs, was friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to key sights and well-suited for travelers who want a convenient base to explore the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Clean and convenient

Bill our host met us on arrival, communication was great and very friendly. The property is located under the family home but it’s private, extremely clean and conveniently located a short drive to most attractions. We only stayed the one night as we were driving from Auckland down south but will be back. Thanks again

What a lovely guest suite!

Bill was a fantastic host - very friendly and helpful. The guest suite is in the basement of the family home and has a bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with two twin beds, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle, air fryer), and a toilet room and separate shower and sink room. There’s two recliner couches and a projector for watching tv / movies. It’s in a quiet neighborhood a very short walk or bike to Redwoods and a short drive to downtown Rotorua. It was a perfect location for us and recently remodeled and in excellent condition.
