Clean room and fireplace was nice. Lamp had burned out light bulb in living room.Sofa sleeper did not have a complete set of sheets. Had to call at bedtime, very inconvenient. Deck and furniture was nice.

Convenient and spacious for our getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property, it's part of a resort that has all the conveniences you can want. The unit was very clean and plenty of space for 2-3 people. Balcony was a great spot to watch beautiful sunset skies. Only caution we'd give is if you're sensitive to noise it might not be ideal, as it's a bottom floor unit so you can sometimes hear people above, and the bedroom is in the front of the building where you can hear people talking while walking to and from their rooms, parking lot, etc.

Anniversary Get Away

Everything was exactly as presented! Very clean beautiful aesthetic and newly updated. Cabinets were filled with everything we needed to make a meal! This room is well located, just a short walk to the main lobby, pool or hot tub. Well we have stayed at this Resort in the past, this was definitely the nicest room we have stayed in. The resort has beautiful manicured grounds, and a lovely path to the beach. The beach is perfect, great water which tends to be warm enough to actually enjoy and not so many people. We enjoyed making our own fire on the beach and spent the day hanging out under the shade of our umbrella and playing in the water. We did find nice beach chairs to use in the closet as well!

When giving reviews I like to focus on customer service. Yes there are other things that come into play, but for me customer service is huge. This unit was absolutely gorgeous, location was so perfect with a wonderful beach trail easily accessible, a cute little grocery within walking distance and it was a quick hop over to the hotel restaurant (a highlight)! We only had one complaint and that was the cleanliness of the floor, sheets and towels. Due to time constraints (we had a wedding weekend with family) we didn’t contact the management company to get it sorted out. I let them know after the fact. Now had I contacted them immediately there is no doubt in my mind that they would have made it right immediately. When I explained the situation to management after the fact they were bummed that they didn't have the opportunity to make things right, now THAT is great customer service! We highly recommend this place, and if you have any needs contact the management right away, they will make it right!

We had a great stay here! The property looked exactly like the photos. Check-in was super easy and instructions were clear. Host was friendly and helpful! The location is nice and parking was usually easy to find (but beware of small parking spots)! It was roughly a 10 minute walk downhill to the beach and there are lots of walking trails up on top of the property, and we even found a playground. It’s a quick drive to Santa Cruz or Monterey but we loved that it was quiet and tucked away from the more touristy areas. Definitely recommend staying here for a little family getaway!!
