We had a lovely stay at this property. It was very comfortable and tidy. Great area for the dog too with a fenced off garden and a local dog park nearby. We will definitely stay again.

Wasn’t a true indication of the photos Would have been good to know we were in a row of flats with very little to no sun. No tv and very limited carpet.Sunroom was too cold to be in and the bathroom was very breezy and cold. Little kitchen utensils for full cook Host was well connected Keith communications - bedrooms were nice and bed comfy

Thank you for your feedback. I am concerned that you were cold, will put in additional large oil heater for the bedroom for the coldest week of the year. Ad clearly says no TV. Guests who radically move furniture tend to return it back to the place they found it. Also check and abide by the welcome folder for expectations.

Excellent location, near Park Island for sports tournament. Walk to a very nice New World. Plenty of room, and a very comfortable two bedroom unit. Short drive to centre of Napier, and well located for wineries too. Great stay.
