Private facility in close proximity to owner. Met our need for a property close to where our son lives.

Great location needs tweaking.

Lovely property but appears to lack a women’s touch . Windows , spider webs and lamps need attention in main bedroom . No plug in laundry sink. The carpet in lounge needs some marks removed. The bed linen was clean and fresh also bathroom and kitchen very clean. Great ice cubes. Plenty of cupboards. 15 serated knives in kitchen an over kill, we needed a normal knife as we couldn’t cut raw meat or vegetables. Great gas cook top. Very spartan on plates , bowls ect not everyone eats out. Dishwashing liquid a token only. No milk in fridge. Felt the rubbish could have been collected more stayed 4 nights the bin was overcrowded. Having stayed in Papamoa 4 nights at a book a batch we must have been spoilt. I make my comments to help not hinder, as a hospitality host of many a year.
