Welcome to this newly renovated, centrally located home! Just 1.3 km to the 401, 2.6 km to Princess Street, 7-8km to the West End, 3-4km to CFB Kingston, 3.6 km to KGH and Queen's University, 7 km to St. Lawrence College.
This home is located in a residential/commercial area and you should expect some vehicle and pedestrian noise.
This house is suitable for long-term stays.

Full laundry facilities including detergent, iron & ironing board
Full kitchen + Dishwasher
Extra toilet in the basement (I have no idea why the toilet is there but it works!)

The laundry facilities are located in the basement of the home and the home is a war-time or earlier built home which means if you are taller than 5 feet, you will hit your head if you don't duck! The basement floor is uneven concrete, be cautious walking on it.
Perfect for military personnel, business travellers, couples, families and pets! There are two houses on this unique property but each unit is completely separate and self-contained. The other house on the property is called Cozy Home on a Quiet Street Minutes to DT Kingston, please enquire about the availability of Cozy Home if you are traveling with more than 4 people.
There are too many businesses to list that are up to a 5 minute drive/15 minute bus ride/30 minute walk! Please look at Google Maps to see the conveniences nearby.
Please ensure you walk across the beautiful scenic Waaban Crossing Bridge which takes you across the Cataraqui River and links the East end of Kingston to the downtown area.
