The only reason for the 4 star for cleanliness of property was because of the yard with firepit had piles of scap and wood. We didn't use it . It didn't match the inside. Great communication. Friendly and helpful. Would stay again

The Golden Place was indeed… GOLDEN! The owners connected with us online and gave excellent instructions to arrive at the property. We were in town for an 80th birthday, and this condo allowed us to spread out and relax in between festivities. The whole place was beautiful, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an exquisite bathroom and two lovely bedrooms. The owners left a high chair and a crib for us. How thoughtful!! We made good use of the deck and even walked down to the water a few times to feed ducks with the children. I can’t say enough about this amazing property. We made some wonderful memories ant the Golden Place and invite other families to stay here and do the same!!
