We had an awesome few days enjoying all the amenities inside and out. Great location close to the river and an easy drive to everything we wanted to see in the Adirondacks.

Very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and staple items. Close to the river that was great for kayaking, and close to Schroon public beach. The only complaint was the loud well pump. The outdoor space was wonderful! Plenty of space for 4 adults and two little ones. Fun was had by all!

We're so glad the space felt clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for cooking, and that the location near the river and Schroon public beach made for a great mix of kayaking and beach time. It's wonderful to hear the outdoor space worked so well for the whole group, adults and little ones alike, and that fun was had by all. We appreciate the note about the well pump and will keep that in mind. Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review!

The house is conveniently located in Schroon Lake and looks exactly as pictured. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the Blackstone is perfect for cooking outside while looking out at the forest. The fire pit was stocked with wood and the hosts provide you with everything you may need to get a nice fire going.The biggest issue we had during our stay was that the front electronic door lock does not always work, so we had to trust when we left the house that our items would stay safe in the house. The host was quick to respond when we told them about the broken lock, but it was disappointing to find out that this is a continual issue that had not been fixed prior to our stay.
