We booked 19 September and paid same day. The day of our arrival 10 December I rang to ask how to get in and they said they didn't have our booking. Then said we had to wait for cleaners as we were a late arrival. House was dirty, beds unmade and advised we had to make our own but no linen clean to use. Huge concerns are the pics I have of pool fence gate not able to be shut, pool chemicals lined up next to the pool where children can access. So much more that I am sending to a higher authority as this is not child or other safe. Dirty, spa stank, air con not working and a service notice for it. I paid a high price for this accommodation but have never had such a poor experience and will be taking it further and not using you again.
