Lovingly furnished for a short or long stay of up to 4 people, the spacious studio presents itself as a romantic nest in the middle of the metropolis of Hamburg in every season.

Through windows on all sides the apartment is always flooded with light and the view falls into an idyllic garden, which may be shared. The visible roof beams, the wooden floor and an interior of fine antiques and modern accents create a cozy atmosphere. After a day in the hustle and bustle of the Hanseatic city, just the right thing to relax!






This part of Niendorf is one of the beautiful residential areas in Hamburg, because you don't notice the hustle and bustle of the big city here - visitors feel as if they were in the country. The Niendorfer enclosure is ideal for long walks or a morning jogging tour.

At the same time, all sporting, cultural and gastronomic options as well as tourist attractions are easy to reach. The leisure pool Bondenwald with sauna, wellness and fitness offer is in 10 min. within walking distance. The subway station Niendorf Markt and the EKZ Tibarg are only 7 minutes away. Walk. From there you can reach the U2 in 18 minutes. to the main train station and the rest of the city center.

Great place to stay. Little diamond in a wonderful garden with everything you need, close to shopping center ( 400 meters) subway and park area. Very gentil land lord , will come back for sure.

Tranquil oasis in Hamburg

We felt at home and comfortable at this property. It is close to shops and transport, yet quietly tucked away from busy roads next to wild reserve. The host is gracious and helpful but gave us space making us feel as though it was our own home. We will stay here again in the future. We hope to come in summer to take advantage of her lush and beautiful garden. Anna provided some coffee and supplies so we could settle in after a long journey and we all enjoyed the beautifully decorated apartment. Thank you Anna!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und immer verfügbar bei Fragen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön dekoriert und gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Flughafen hat keine Beeinträchtigung dargestellt. Das einzige was man eventuell noch machen könnte, ist warm Wasser am Waschbecken im Bad und eine Mikrowelle in der Küche. Aber auch so hat’s ab nichts gefehlt und ich würde wieder kommen!

Die Wohnungsgröße war super für vier Personen, der Check-in war auch top. Ausstattung und Lage auch bestens. Auf dem ersten Blick scheint die Wohnung gut, auf dem zweiten leider in allen Ecken dreckig, so dass ich selbst noch geputzt habe, damit wir uns da 5Tage halbwegs wohlfühlen. Auch Bett und Sofa war schmuddelig und roch nicht gewaschen inkl. Krümel und Haare. Geräte wie Wasserkocher etc. einfach lange nicht gereinigt. Es roch sehr unangenehm über die Tage in der Wohnung,dass wir letztlich einen Tag eher abgereist sind. Sehr schade, hat uns leider sehr den Urlaub vermiest.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und immer gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Was uns ein wenig fehlte, war die Verdunkelung der Dachfenster im Schlafbereich. Wir konnten Hamburg von der Unterkunft aus gut mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Es war für uns bestimmt nicht der letzte Aufenthalt in Hamburg.

Ruhig gelegen, gemütliche Wohnung, sehr freundliche Vermieterin, alles in der Wohnung was man braucht (auch Lampen und Nachtlicht), für uns mit kleinen Kindern aber zu eng, Bad sehr fußkalt, nicht verschmutzt aber eine Grundreinigung der Ecken wäre mal wieder gut

Eine Woche Ruhe :-)

Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend. Ideal wer Ruhe sucht. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto in 20min fast überall an tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Fußläufig sind Supermärkte und Restaurants in 10 min erreichbar. Aber auch die Ferienwohnung bietet eine kleine gut ausgestattete Küche. Ich komme wieder

This charming accommodation was perfect in every way. We will 100% stay here every time we come to Hamburg and that is hopefully twice a year. The host was amazing and a delight to deal with. I have the highest possible praise for her and her property. Diese wunderschöne Unterkunft war perfekt in jederlei Hinsicht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall jedes Mal hier wohnen wenn wir nach Hamburg kommen was wahrscheinlich 2 mal jährlich ist. Die Gastgeberin war wunderbar und eine wahre Freude im Umgang mit uns. Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, W-Lan Empfang war allerdings schwierig, teilweise funktionierte er gar nicht. Da auch das Mobilfunknetz nicht gerade den besten Empfang hat, war hier ein Zugang zum Internet nur bedingt möglich. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich!

Nicht empfehlenswert

Auf den ersten Blick erscheint diese Ferienwohnung sehr schön. Die Küche mit 2-Platten-Induktionsherd sit funktionell und es ist alles vorhanden. Die Möbel sind alt und das Sofa fällt bald auseinander. In der ganzen Wohnung wo man hinschaut nur Spinnweben und Spinnen. Man kann nicht sagen es ist Winter und da kommen mehr Spinnen ins Haus. Hier wurde schon länger nicht mehr richtig gereinigt. Im Bad waren Blutflecken auf dem Boden, in der Dusche läuft das Wasser nicht mehr richtig ab da der Abfluss voll mit Haaren ist. Unter dem Waschbecken ein selbst zusammen gezimmerter Unterbau. Für ältere Menschen ist die steile Treppe nach oben ein Hindernis, da es sehr kurze Stufen sind. Es sollte WLAN vorhanden sein. Jedoch stürtze die Verbindung beim Laptop permanent ab. Dadurch konnten wir die mitgebrachte Arbeit nicht erledigen. Das Anwesen macht von außen einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind anscheinend schon älter und entsprechen nicht der Gegenwart. Bei Bedarf können gerne Bilder nachgereicht werden
