Relax on comfortable deckchairs in the shade of palm trees and olive trees under the sun of the French Riviera. Enjoy evening barbecues and the sound of cicadas during the breakfast.

There are many activities at Villa Giovanna, ping-pong table, billiards and “French pétanque” court are at your disposal. For the more courageous, tennis courts and golf courses are located nearby.

A paradise for cyclists, from the villa, the Agay beach is easily accessible thanks to a cycle path. For enthusiasts, many cycling circuits are available such as: the “Corniche d’Or” circuit, the “Esterel massif” circuit.

Fully air-conditioned luxury villa offering 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms, a double living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, all overlooking the swimming pool. A large bathroom and a separate toilet complete the ground floor. On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with open views, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The villa offers a large double garage with a depth of 5m60 with electric opening.
On request, one of the bedrooms can be transformed into an independent office ideal for teleworking.

Accessible on foot, there is a small shopping center with bakery, butcher, mini market, florist and a bus stop. 5 minutes by car there are several hypermarkets.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1 to November 7.

We loved the property so much we stayed for 5 weeks! Jean Christophe was the perfect host and was at the end of the phone to answer any queries we had. The villa was immaculate and well equipped and we 100% recommend it as a rental.

Lovely property

The villa was perfect to spend quality time with my family. Good sized pool and plenty of areas to relax or play. Highly recommended, didn't want to go home. There was a bus stop at the entrance to the estate but they don't run frequently so I would get a car next time.

We had a perfect holiday. The house is perfect for a family with kids. We missed nothing and had great fun. What is not mentioned in the description, but provided a lot of joy and fun - the ping-pong table in the garage. We can fully recommend the house.

Villa à recommander et séjour parfait

Nous avions besoin de calme et de repos , nous les avons trouvés dans cette villa très bien située pour parcourir l’Esterel et ses environs. La maison est spacieuse avec un large living ( et son billard),sa cuisine bien équipée et ses chambres confortables (climatisées). Nous avons apprécié l’orientation de la piscine chauffée ainsi ses zones d’ombrage sous un soleil de 32°. Tous les échanges avec Jean Christophe ont été excellents ainsi qu’avec Ariel. Je ne peux que recommander cette villa

Nous avons été heureux d’accueillir Pierre et sa famille à la Villa Giovanna. Septembre et Octobre sont des mois fabuleux à Saint Raphaël, la température est idéale et les touristes moins nombreux. Cette période est propice aux randonnées à pied ou en vélo et aux nombreuses activités nautiques. Pierre et sa famille sont des invités très respectueux et la communication a toujours été facile. Un séjour très agréable

En cette période, il n'y a pas foule. Nous avons profité du calme au bord de la piscine. Nous étions 5 et la maison est largement spacieuse pour que chacun puisse vaquer a ses occupations sans deranger les autres. La terrasse est tres bien exposee. nous avons pu manger dehors pour le petit dej et le dejeuner. Et puis nous avons egalement profite de la piscine chauffee tous les jours ! La maison est tres confortable. Les chambres et salle de bains sont tres fonctionnelles et spacieuses ainsi que les salles a vivre. La communication avec Jean-Christophe a ete tres bien avant la reservervation et apres aussi. Les echanges ont ete tres reactifs. Bref, un excelent moment ! merci ! Je recommande les yeux fermes.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr schön und günstig gelegen. Die Angaben und Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen genau der Realität. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Mit dem Radl sind Bäcker/Metzger/Minisupermarkt einfach erreichbar. Auch zum Strand kann man durchaus mit dem Radl fahren. Wir hatten mit 3 Teenagern eine sehr schöne Zeit. Nebenbei: Im Hinterland kann man auf etlichen Trails ( nicht weit vom Haus) Spaß mit dem Mountainbike haben .

Villa confortable et localisation idéale

Une très belle villa dans un quartier sécurisé. L’environnement calme nous a permis de profiter de la spacieuse terrasse très bien équipé et de passer de bons moments en famille. La localisation est idéale pour les visites , accès plages et ville. Une attention particulière pour le propriétaire qui à été très à l’écoute de mes doléances ( lit parapluie et matelas ) et très disponible. Je n’hésiterai pas à recommander cette location .
