Blackbutt timber floors, Marri timber accents and large windows bring the outdoors in, while quality furnishings and thoughtful styling make every space feel welcoming. Whether you're enjoying quiet mornings surrounded by birdlife or gathering together after a day exploring the region, the home balances comfort with a strong connection to nature.
At the heart of the home, the open-plan living area invites everyone to unwind beside the Masport wood stove, with split-system air conditioning providing year-round comfort. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for everything from leisurely breakfasts to shared dinners, featuring generous Marri benchtops, modern appliances and ample preparation space. A large island doubles as a casual gathering spot before flowing into the dining area and out to the expansive covered deck, where outdoor seating, a BBQ and peaceful bush views create the perfect setting for long lunches or evening drinks.
Two outdoor decks extend the living space, offering multiple places to relax while taking in the surrounding landscape. Wander through the native gardens, follow the private walking trail, or gather around the firepit beneath the stars after a day at the beach or local wineries. The tranquil setting makes it easy to slow down and reconnect with nature.
The home includes a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, private ensuite, kitchenette and direct deck access for peaceful mornings outdoors. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for families with two bunk beds. A second bathroom services the remaining bedrooms, and laundry facilities add convenience for longer stays. The property also includes a powered garage, double carport, and a secure cat run, ensuring convenience for every guest.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Nestled among the bushland of Yallingup, this peaceful retreat places you within easy reach of the region's best beaches, wineries and nature experiences. Smiths Beach is just a six-minute drive away for swimming, surfing and coastal walks, while the world-class wineries, breweries and gourmet producers of the Margaret River region are all close by. Explore the limestone formations of Ngilgi Cave, discover nearby walking trails, or spend the afternoon browsing boutiques and cafés in Dunsborough, around a 13-minute drive away. Despite its secluded setting, everything you need for a memorable South West getaway is within easy reach.
Other Things to Note:
Firewood
A small supply of firewood is provided during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Rental Agreement
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
House Information & Safety Notes
The solar hot water system will only allow a max shower time of 5min per person for 6 people. It takes two hours to reheat.
The property operates on an ATU sewer system and a rainwater tank; we kindly ask guests to conserve water.
Guests should be aware that there is a steep drop to the decking area. Please take care when using this space and ensure children are supervised at all times.
