This Yallingup holiday home is complete with two separate living areas and a large decking area for those enjoyable BBQs for family and friends.

With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 'The Hideaway' can easily accommodate two families, you are only a short drive from Yallingup or Smith Beach.

Inside the house is comfortably furnished with two separate living areas, has a well equipped kitchen and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. DVD, digital TV on a flat screen television, 2 log fires will ensure your comfort during winter and ceiling fans throughout in summer.

The decked veranda surrounds the front of the house multiple outdoor entertaining areas, complete with large table, and BBQ.

You are surrounded by beautiful beaches, award winning wineries and restaurants, gourmet local food producers, boutique breweries and the list goes on.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
Bin collection day is Monday please place both the green bin & recycling bin on the front curb Sunday evening. If bin day is not during your stay bins are to be taken out to the curb on departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Advertised with a hot tub, this is not the case, there is a tiled bathtub under the shower, thats a bit of an exaggerated description. Otherwise, a beautiful location.

House is very comfortable and is situated on a lovely bush block that is picturesque and quiet. Good access to nearby towns and beaches. Agent was very helpful and responsive when we had questions during the stay. Due to lots of windows and only heating in living area, house did get cold in May, so worth taking into account if considering a winter visit

We love south west but expected the property for what we paid to have air conditioning throughout the house (we left early due to it being too hot to stay) and condiments and some amenities like the previous houses we’ve stayed at. We found house not cleaned for our stay either sadly.
