Chula Vista is tucked away just North of downtown Santa Fe, offering all of the advantages of a secluded countryside home with incredible views, while providing quick access to the city via a quick car ride. The tasteful and serene décor is bathed in natural light throughout the home, and the modern open layout is complimented by traditional Southwestern accents. Chula Vista is overflowing with atmosphere.
LIVING AREA
The spacious living area offers ample seating on the enormous custom couch. Large windows brighten the space and provide generous views of the countryside. This is the perfect spot for socializing and relaxing while taking in New Mexico’s unique aesthetic.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The large kitchen is fully-equipped for a home chef with modern appliances, two ovens, a drop-in range, and bar seating for four.
The dining table sits between the kitchen and living area and seats six.
BED AND BATH
The spacious primary suite boasts a king bed, a decorative kiva fireplace, a huge walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub.
Both guest bedrooms sport king beds with a bath with dual vanities in between in between, and other easy access bathroom in the hall.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The expansive wrap-around deck is the perfect spot to enjoy Santa Fe’s famous vistas. Sunrise views are as good as it gets. A grill is provided for outdoor cooking.
