We had an amazing stay!! Our host, Ginger, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She paid so much attention to detail around the apartment and even left us welcome treats, which we really appreciated. There were days during the trip when we felt disappointed with the local food or other things, but coming back to the apartment always lifted our mood. I loved, loved, loved this place, and we would definitely come back. Very cozy and charming. Thanks so much for having us!!

Perfect little apartment for a couple. It was charmingly decorated, with an adequate kitchen, roomy bedroom, and nice deck off the bedroom. The gifts of locally made beverages, and snacks from the host were a really nice surprise. Close enough to North Conway for easy access to shopping and restaurants, but away from the crowds. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Charming

This was the perfect stay. From the beautiful farmhouse style to the location to all of the amazing touches the host left... so incredibly thoughtful. We came to hike and the location was a quick drive to Crawford Notch State Park. Highly recommend this property. We plan to visit again soon!

Great centrally located

We had a great stay. Ginger has the apartment stocked with everything you would need and generously left wine and snacks. The location is north of the busiest parts of North Conway but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and shopping.The apartment is very private, we really enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the deck off the bedroom. We would 100 percent return and recommend.

This apartment was perfect, and exactly what we were looking for! Very convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and biking trails. It was well stocked with essentials for cooking as well as soaps/toiletries, which is always a thoughtful and much-appreciated addition. Not to mention the beer/wine/snacks! Very cute "Chip and Joanna Gaines" vibe throughout. A converted barn wing with original shiplap and vintage touches everywhere. Incredibly quaint. Quiet setting ... didn't hear a peep, and yet a short drive to North Conway and all of the action. The living room and kitchenette were comfortable and well stocked (including many treats graciously offered by the owner), and the bedroom (upstairs) was spacious with a beautiful doorway to a balcony deck.Our only (minor) critique was the size of the bathroom. It's a tight squeeze, by any standard. If you don't mind a tight in-and-out, this VRBO is the place for you. But if you need that extra room in the shower or on the lavatory, you might be pressed for comfort.Oh, while the stairway to the second floor is very clean with a shiplap feel throughout, it does have a short landing section that has a six-foot ceiling. OK for us, but if you play center on a star basketball team, be a bit forewarned.Overall, definitely an A. Great vibe ... the real deal there. But be mindful of the size limits, as noted above.We WOULD definitely stay here again!
