great family escape location

Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and park. Roomy enough for everyto enjoy their own space and then gatther for sinner or by the pool as well.

Feb 2025 vacation

The house was very nice, clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. The pool was cold i would say not very swimmable this time of year but we did not use it much due to not being at the house during the day. The hot tub was a nice treat. The rooms and bedding were clean and there were extra sheets and pillows in the closest. The location is fantastic. The only critique we had was it was difficult to get in touch with the management company prior to the reservation or get detailed information of the house. We wanted to make sure there was extra bedding/pillows but they were not sure. most of the communication is through automated emails which is easy but sometimes it's nice to get confirmation from someone. The office is just over the bridge if you aren't able to get in touch with someone. Also FYI to our surprise there was a car taking up the driveway when we returned to the house. Which made parking our 2 cars a challenge. I believe it was the owner using the boat at the house. There was no mention to this in the listing.Great place overall
