Designed to feel open, calm, and connected to its coastal setting, the home blends contemporary lines with natural textures and abundant light. At its centre is a light-filled open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area made for relaxed time together. Large windows frame ocean views, while a fireplace adds warmth during cooler months. In warmer weather, the waterfront balcony becomes a natural extension of the living space, ideal for alfresco meals and long evenings outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and generous bench space, making shared cooking easy and enjoyable.

Downstairs, a second living area offers a more private place to unwind, watch a movie, or slow the pace, while still feeling connected to the rest of the home.

Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and a distinctive open-air ensuite overlooking the dunes. Three additional downstairs bedrooms include queen beds and are serviced by the main family bathroom, making this level comfortable and practical for group stays. Upstairs, a secondary primary suite offers a king bed and its own ensuite, creating a quiet retreat with added privacy. In total, the home includes three full bathrooms, along with a convenient powder room.

Reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans provide year-round comfort. Off-street parking is available for guests’ convenience.

Please note that all bed linen and towels are included, but you will need to bring your own beach towels.

Up to two small dogs are allowed, but a $75 pet fee will apply.

This property is not suitable for children under the age of 10.

Please note that the lift is only available on request. The adjacent set of stairs to access the upstairs spaces includes about 20 stairs to climb.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
