This first-floor apartment with stair access only offers a tranquil directly opposite Balmoral Beach. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is framed by leafy outlooks, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, and a selection of board games to add a playful touch to your evenings together. Stay comfortable year-round with split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The modern kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a French press, dishwasher, and stools for two on the kitchen bench—perfect for intimate breakfasts. The dining area, with its four-seater table, leads directly to a private balcony, an idyllic spot to savour your morning coffee or share a glass of wine after a day at the beach.

The bedroom, designed for relaxation, features a queen-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. A pretty-in-pink vintage ensuite offers a half-size bathtub and shower combination, modern vanity and toilet.

While there’s no on-site parking, it’s easy to explore the area with the bus on your doorstep. A shared laundry with free access to a washer and dryer completes the conveniences for a stress-free stay.
