Chappelle is a jewel in the SW, newer residential area, 15 minutes to Edmonton Airport, 7 minutes to super store.

What makes this property unique

This is a unique property. It is not a basement suite where you may experience noise from the occupants in the main house. This suite is built on the garage of the house. You have your own kitchen area, sitting room, room, rest room and laundry. With on demand hot water take, your control your own furnace as well in the cold season and private entrance.
