Perfect!

We were so happy with this place! It’s in a beautiful building, the space is gorgeous and comfortable, location near Central Park couldn’t be better, and the management was very responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Unit was clean and comfortable for the most part. The filters on the air units are so packed with dust, I’m not sure how they’re running. Bathroom vent is the same way. Top of fridge hasn’t been dusted in some time either. These are not complaints, just stating so they can be addressed.

Space was fair. Clean, but felt old and there was definitely some dusty /concerning build up in the bathroom vent. No central AC and the washer and dryer are in a community space!None of the outlets worked in the guest bedroom which was interesting. Location was GREAT. Communication was good. Overall VERY very average experience.
