Host was extremely helpful and accommodating for a last minute booking. Carbon monoxide detector needed battery replacement very late at night and he came over to take care of very quickly. Great stay for my family.
Outstanding location 1 block from the Charles River and a few blocks from river houses at Harvard. It was the perfect location for easy walking to the campus. A Whole Foods is also within walking distance. The air conditioning was so valuable during the summer heat. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Way overpriced. Bedrooms are tiny. Furniture was filthy.
Our host made everything easy and efficient. The property is spacious and serene, and adjacent to a secluded playground, basketball and tennis courts, and baseball field, making it feel like a more intimate setting than you would expect while all the benefits of Cambridge and Boston are at your fingertips. We would definitely stay there again!
The owner was excellent and the house very nice. It is a convenient location. The stairs were steep for me at 75, but ok for younger members of the family. There is a low ceiling warning half-way down the stairs. If you plan to cook bring your own basics (salt, pepper, sugar…) or plan to buy. Also bring your own wash clothes and hand towels. Overall we had a good stay and found a few local restaurants.
We were in town for the Head of the Charles regatta. This is an excellent location, a short walk from Weeks bridge and the regatta barrier entry. It is also an easy drive down Western avenue to drop off rowers at FALS. While we were traveling as a family, this is a three bedroom/two bath, so it would be great to split the cost with teammates and there is an easy onsite parking spot. The full laundry room with available laundry baskets for each bedroom was great on a rainy and windy regatta weekend! I also appreciated the heat in the first floor bathroom to thaw out. It is a an accessible bathroom, but the bedrooms are upstairs if anyone has mobility issues. We used the kitchen, which had everything we needed, and was ideal for breakfast in the morning. There were some leftover supplies around, such as dish soap, that were nice in a pinch if you forgot something. There are soft Pendleton blankets on each bed that also served well for watching t.v. on the couch. Most importantly, our host was responsive, organized, and we had no issues along the way. We also forgot something important and it was quickly returned to us, which I didn't expect, but we are so grateful. Thank you for hosting us!
Everything was as "advertised". Quiet neighborhood, reasonable walk to the T and Harvard grounds. Also very close to Whole foods and Walgreens. Was clean and served our purpose well as a home base to explore the Boston area.
